Shipping and Handling Information
Method of Shipment
U.S.A. — We typically ship USPS Priority Mail or First Class. If no one is home during business hours, we can ship to an alternate address.
International — We ship via USPS Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail (for orders up to 4 lbs / 1.8 kg). Email us for a quote on shipping rates.
- USPS Priority Mail — Least expensive insured air service; allow 1–2 weeks from time of shipment.
- USPS First Class Mail — Least expensive option, available for smaller orders up to 4 lbs / 1.8 kg. Ships uninsured; allow 1–3 weeks.
- USPS Express Mail — Fastest but most expensive international option.
Shipping Charges
USA (Ground) — USPS Priority Mail shipping rates are calculated based on weight, value, and dimensional weight. These rates are calculated in the shopping cart.
International — Volumetric size and dimensional weight are more critical for international shipments. We calculate rates for each individual order. Insurance charges are added to all international orders. Please call or email with the items you wish to order and we will quote shipping charges.
Duties — International
Duties are not included in shipping charges. They vary greatly and are levied by the destination country, so we cannot tell you in advance what these charges will be. You will be charged all shipping costs for any packages refused or returned.
Delivery Time — USA
Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days if the product(s) are in stock. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delay. Please allow additional time for custom-made products (such as Composite Clubs or Custom Torches). USPS Priority Mail delivers in 2–4 business days.
