Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, return the item (in new condition) within 30 days for a refund or exchange — your choice.

Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
For exchanges, your new items will be shipped at no cost to you. For international orders, you will need to pay for return shipping to and from the United States.
Please ship prepaid. Do not use newspaper for packing material — some products can be permanently stained by the ink. Enclose a copy of your original sales receipt if possible, or a note containing your name, phone number, and shipping address. Include any relevant information regarding the reason for return or items for exchange.
Non-returnable items: European Clubs, Phatboyz Clubs, Custom Torches, and Helix Devil Sticks are custom made-to-order and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any made-to-order product with a manufacturing defect is returnable for repair or replacement at our discretion.
All sale items marked "clearance" or "discontinued" are FINAL SALE and not returnable.
